šš» TOP TIP TUESDAY šš»
Let's talk about waistbands. Just because it's called a 'waist' band, doesn't mean it sits on your waist. Confusing I know!
š¤ØDepending on your carrier, your waistband needs to be high and tight. It also has to be horizontal and parallel to the floor.
šAs you can see on the left, the waistband is lower and tilted down. This pulls baby down putting more pressure on your back and shoulders.
šOn the right, the waistband is higher and horizonal keeping babys weight high and supported.
šHave you had pain when carrying?
