TOP TIP TUESDAY

šŸ‘šŸ» TOP TIP TUESDAY šŸ‘šŸ»

Let's talk about waistbands. Just because it's called a 'waist' band, doesn't mean it sits on your waist. Confusing I know!

šŸ¤ØDepending on your carrier, your waistband needs to be high and tight. It also has to be horizontal and parallel to the floor.

šŸ˜’As you can see on the left, the waistband is lower and tilted down. This pulls baby down putting more pressure on your back and shoulders.

šŸ˜On the right, the waistband is higher and horizonal keeping babys weight high and supported.

šŸ˜”Have you had pain when carrying?
